The structural advantage over traditionally designed bass wheels is that there is no pressure applied to the lower block, where bumps in the walkway can act as a lever putting unnecessary strain on the instrument. The level of force applied when using the Bass Buggie is no more than when the double bass is lying on its side on the floor. The combination of the Bass Buggie's flexible body and the padding of the bass bag works together for better protection of your bass, but an added cushion is also available for added shock absorption.
High-quality, non-marking ball bearing wheels make it simple to push the bass both indoors and outside. The bass can stand on its own, although we at bassico do not recommend leaving the bass unattended in this position.
The newly developed, flatter and wider wheels made of durable plastic are designed to stay easy to navigate even through materials such as gravel, sand, grass or snow.
